You are born with either a penis or a vagina designating you as either male or female. The variance among penises does not signify more or less male. Variances among vaginas does not signify more or less female. Male and female is binary.

Your chromosomes designate your sex, not your genitals. Genitals are an imperfect guide as many a intersex folks could attest to.

The more feminine characteristics a male has, the more feminine he is. The more masculine traits a female has, the more masculine she is. Hence, it is self-evident that gender is on a spectrum and sex is binary.

You shouldn’t need to read about something that is obvious to plain sight to recognize its truth. Reality displays it.

Is a trans man a man?

Their gender identity is man. Their biological sex is still woman.

That explains some things. My parents had me keep a crew cut in my teen years.

I was not allowed to always do things my own way.

It’s good for discipline imo to not allow teens to always do things their own way.

How many parents of transgender youth have you sat down with and had an in-depth conversation with on the topic?

None. Thankfully at this point, this movement is just really getting started taking off and increasing at an increasing rate. That said, this proves that the preponderance of these cases are not genetically motivated…it’s environmental. That’s what I have a problem with.
