I agree that Trump’s term in office has indeed been transformative. Particularly for the Republican Party.

Far greater appeal to middle class. One reason Biden needs to be careful with immigration.
I think the 2022 mids we’ll see a Republican House majority. Should the Senate remain a Republican majority after Jan 5th, this could be a benefit for America regardless of who’s in the WH. With the Democrat liberal-socialist drunkfest that seems to be getting worse daily and maybe if the Justice Department squeezes Biden the younger? Maybe Americans will wake up and start thinking about country instead of the horse ■■■■ the corrupt media and tech companies have been shoveling.

President Trump showed we can have a sensible and generous immigration policy AND grow wages of the middle class worker.

Support and voters. Biden won on the ballots of the non-working class.

I guess. He appealed to their fears, paranoia, and twisted sense of “Trump patriotism”. Not a very healthy relationship if you ask me.

He delivered real wage increases for the first time in many decades.
The support was earned. The Biden electors…not so much.

I’m giving trump credit for giving USA the Biden and Harris. America thanks you!
Trump never gets credit for anything…What a plan…cruel, cruel world.
I suppose it was all mcconnell’s idea for Trump to run on the Supreme Court as an issue as well??

I think the odds are good the GOP controls Congress after 2022.
Biden won with Hispanic votes.

This claim about election fraud is disputed.

Trump did well with hispanic voters.
His loss was with older covid fearing voters that supported him in 2016.
The virus was the factor that Biden exploited for the apparent win.
The virus resolution will be another interesting legacy issue.

When you buy history books, feel free to use your sharpie to put asterisk next to biden’s name.
Methinks you will be very disappointed.

This CMU scholar has already pointed out the historical significance of the Trump Presidency without considering a second term in 2024.
I seriously don’t care how history treats Trump or anyone else for that matter. Despite what one might think, my life doesn’t revolve around Trump or any other political figure. I have my own life to live, with my loving wife. Nothing else matters.
I think it’s too early to tell if Trump’s legacy has been transformative or destructive.
However, I think the one thing his legacy will leave, is the revealing, especially in 2020, that America I got a lot of "ain’t ■■■■ " people.
This year in particular showed in your face undeniable truth that many of us have been walking around here virtue signaling about morality and having family values, but really are no better than the people accused of being immoral.
