Laws like this emboldens criminal behavior, it’s no different then letting a sex offender off and not putting him on the list so neighbors are aware. Well he may or may not commit a crime, but people would feel safer knowing an offender lived next to them. Sex trafficking is at an all time high, everyone’s senses should be acute and aware of their surroundings. Bearded men in dresses is one of those things that make your spidey sensss perk up.

They don’t say that. It’s not for them to say “it’s ok” or not. They call themselves that. It is an abbreviation, unlike the other two examples you tried. Neither of which remotely resemble the correct term.
