The United States should annex parts of Mexico so that we can civilize those people. I bet you that in 10 years those parts of New New Mexico will be as economically prosperous as some of our lower performing states.
we already did that. we stole Texas and california from Mexico 150 years ago. and look how they are doing.

I think everybody knows that
at least that part of Mexico would flourish economically if it was part of the United States. Many other places would too.
The United States should “Temporarily” annex parts of Mexico for, lets say one hundred years, in exchange of a one time monetary payment to Mexico. After the one hundred year time period, the citizens of New New Mexico can vote whether to return to Mexico, stay with the United States, or become their own thing.

Putin did become more popular in Russia after annexing Crimea. This could be Trump’s October Surprise for the mid terms.
