Have until Monday to let the Commonwealth know if I want to either pay a fine or appeal in court.
Mailed my response for court & filing fee last week, & the fee cleared the bank.
Shouldn’t I have been mailed or emailed my court date by now?
Am sort of in panic mode.
I bet everything is tied up by COVID. It might be weeks before you recieve a response.
As long as you paid the filing fee and submitted your appeal before the deadline, you should be fine - but if you’re worried about it, call the clerk of the Court. They’ll be able to answer all of your questions.
