No … they came on airlines. None of those infected had previously been on cruise ships.

On March 16, according to my notes in this thread, Mainland China had 81,020 cases.
Since that time they’ve only had 760 more cases, for a total of 81,782. If you believe the stats they’re releasing, of course.

The US has now overtaken China in cases.

Perhaps she based that statement on the abysmal state of US Navy ships.
Don’t know if she admitted she’d been in error in any part of a subsequent show - I don’t watch Maddow - but she did interview the captain in charge of the Mercy.
US now at 164,274 cases, 63,000 more than Italy.
Only 3,040 deaths though, as compared to Italy’s 11,591.

If those restrictions are removed as quickly as Trump wants them to be, I wonder what will happen them.
I do hope he removes those restrictions. And that everyone knows that it is he who removed them.
