The selfishness is also (and maybe mostly) emotional/mental.
Levels of emotional maturity are always unique to each individual. Women being material, as it relates to focusing on acquiring, and retaining, the resources necessary for survival, including promoting the survival of their children, is a positive trait. But when a lack, or low level, of emotional maturity is coupled with unrestrained selfishness, uncoupled from sustaining children, nothing good comes from it.
When things get tough, do people look to feminists to save them?
Look at the footage of the recent hurricane recovery efforts. Who do you see?
Oh you’ll see a few exceptions here and there, what’s the rule.
They look to the physically and mentally stronger males of the society to put it on the line and save the day.

I don’t know if this is going to cause laughs or what not but meditation, driving, some isolation but that’s not necessary for everyone.
Sometimes the frustration and anger are caused by the failure to simply talk to your partner
