Course her name gives away that my nerd ass is the one who named her in the end. Enola Gay. I gave two choices. Either that or Josephine. Soon as she realized that was Napoleon related she said “Enola for sure.”

Hung two hummingbird nests in my back forty to see if I can get any hummingbirds to actually nest here. Expect arrival of hummingbirds the last week of March, maybe earlier due to the warmer weather we’re experiencing.

Driving east on I-70 through Kansas there are thousands of wind turbines. Approaching Colby (near exit 50 or so) all the ones on the north side of the highway were in operation, and all the ones on the south side were not moving. Hundreds on each side, as far as the eye could see. One side working, the other not.
At the movies again with my grandson, about to watch Hoppers. Just me and him this weekend. He said he loves boys day LOL
