Too stupid to be guilty

U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled that Joshua Black had a “unique stew in his mind” that left her uncertain whether he was aware that his actions were unlawful.

Basically acquitting and roasting the moron at the same time. A nice way of saying the defendant is too much of a ■■■■ tard to have the necessary mens rea to be guilty of Obstruction of Congress.

:rofl:

She acquitted him on Obstruction of Congress, but convicted him on all other lesser charges he faced. This was a bench trial.

Probably applicable to at least half the crowd who breached the capitol building that day.

You mean fine upstanding citizens like the above.

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Judges mocking lesser able citizens is unethical.

Guess not.

Happens ALL THE TIME.

Guess so? :thinking:

So does an “unique stew in his mind” get him out of the DC Jail?
This guy could make a mint if he did a book.

With J6 being so political it is hubris from a judge.

Enjoy it while the wind is at your back.

Perhaps, but I’ve seen many articles where a judge makes similar comments telling a defendant what a dumbass they had been. Not even worth commenting on usually except to laugh at.

It’s called…“the Hillary precedent”.

Will this be another application of “too stupid to be guilty”? Enquiring conservatives wanna know? :sunglasses: :tumbler_glass:
