Well we are about 5 days from the opening ceremony. I hope it goes well.
It is highly likely that some athletes/teams will be unable to compete as they will test positive to COVID-19 during the Olympics.
Kudos to the Aussie Women’s swim team. They came loaded and locked. Titmus was absolutely astonishingly in all of her swims. Hats off!

We added another water gold medal in the men’s Laser class sailing. Also, a gold medal in the men’s BMX freestyle (tenuous water connection) final.
I am sure that all our Olympians appreciate the chances they have had participating in the Tokyo Olympics.
Good to see that in the men’s high jump there were 2 winners of the gold medal.
