Today’s vote to continue an unconstitutional impeachment inquisition

Today, the House will vote on a RESOLUTION:

“Directing certain committees to continue their ongoing investigations as part of the existing House of Representatives inquiry into whether sufficient grounds exist for the House of Representatives to exercise its Constitutional power to impeach Donald John Trump, President of the United States of America, and for other purposes.”

The problem with this ongoing investigation to impeach President Trump is, the “investigation” to “impeach” by the House of Representatives is part of a process controlled by our Constitution, and our Constitution commands: “The House of Representatives [the makeup of which are Representatives of each of these United States, the total being 435 members] … shall have the sole Power of Impeachment" ___ not Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, or a handful of Representatives, but rather “The House of Representatives”.

But the “ongoing investigations” have intentionally excluded the vast majority of the people’s Representatives, in addition to excluding the vast majority of the States [through their Representatives], from having an equal input into these “investigations”, and is thus not a process fully participated in by the people’s representatives as commanded by our Constitution!

In fact, the “ongoing investigations” are part of a process to overturn the election of President Trump by a handful of its members, and to that degree to vote in favor of the RESOLUTION, is to intentionally subvert our Constitution’s guarantee to a “Republican Form of Government” in which none of the People’s Representatives are to be excluded from an equal participation in a process which is so momentous, it actually seeks to overturn an election.

The RESOLUTION in fact designates members of the Democrat Party Leadership as Judge, Jury, and prosecutor. Let us not forget the wisdom of one of our founders with regard to unfettered power:

”The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.” ___ Madison, Federalist Paper No. 47

They are not whistleblowers. They are shadow government political operatives who are working to take down a president who refuses to cave into domestic communists, socialists, and international GLOBALISTS who have been plundering America’s wealth for the past two generations.

Don’t all Representatives get a vote on this resolution?

They don’t get to participate equally in the impeachment inquisition. But you knew that, didn’t you?

It’s not a “Deep State”. It’s a subversive socialist/communist “Shadow Government” which began to entrench itself during Ronald Reagan’s presidency. Its mission being, to advance GLOBALIST and socialist policies, and obstruct attempts to roll back such policies.

In committee, too. And they’re questioning witnesses at depositions.

Fox News atf at the moment is ALL about process.

They know the facts ate damning.

They all have a vote on this resolution.

When has the full house ever participated in an impeachment inquiry?

They offered like 20 amendments during rules committee, too.

It seems that they do have representation in this as the minority party.

Why, yes. It seems they do. And more representation than they offer the minority when they’re in the majority.

The outcome of which is predetermined by Democrats controlling a majority vote. In addition, the RESOLUTION intentionally excludes an equal participation in the ongoing investigations by each State’s Representatives, and thus, violates that part of our Constitution guaranteeing a “Republican Form of Government” in which all Representatives participate equally.

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, Article IV, Section 4, U.S. Constitution . . . not a communist/socialist democracy!

The resolution authorizes an inquiry into whether they can find grounds to impeach the President. There is nothing about this resolution that couldn’t have been passed the day of his inauguration.
They can now supposedly subpoena anything and everything related to Trump on any subject on the grounds of this resolution.
This is worse than what the allegations about Ukraine ever were.

Well… majority vote is how all of this works.

This is not a Constitutional argument. This is an appeal to emotion argument. Nothing being done is unconstitutional.

Which it isn’t.

Trumper tears taste like Belgian Chocolate!

Yeah. It is kinda like “I don’t like it so it must be unconstitutional”.

Strange argument to make.

Desparating clinging to any argument to make it go away… Remarkably similar to dealing with tired toddler at bedtime…

It’s just standard Republican talking points today. Especially when things aren’t going their way.

That is what an impeachment inquiry is designed to do. And yes, according to the Constitution, it can be done at any time. But there would be political ramifications for doing it absence an obvious abuse of power; which is exactly what we have currently. And is exactly why past impeachment resolutions never had any chance of passing previously.

Come on man.
