You can spin it however u wish, you could just as easily googled it yourself and learned one way or the other.
Had you used your keyboard, you would have learned that President Obama granted access to non-permanent residents in Sep 2015. President Trump originally revoked it during his first term, then President Biden put it back into FHA guidance in January 2021, literally on his first day in office, as part of undoing anything and everything done by President Trump.
I have. And I’ve mentioned this. I can’t find evidence that modeled signed and EO giving illegal immigrants access to FHA loans.
Doesn’t have to be an EO. It can just be a change of rules in FHA. If you want to argue Trump could have responded with an internal memo in FHA, go ahead. It would probably have had the same effect.
Then why keep asking, simply say you looked, couldn’t find one and ask how else it could have been done.
Looking the other way, while technically doing nothing, is doing everything.
Notice the difference at the border for a stark contrast of looking the other way versus …
