Clearly, it was not made very clear between Jan 20 and April 30. There was no process for extracting Iraqi collaborators and US citizens before April 30. Lots of nations had no certainty that Xiden would be pulling his troops out by April 30. He dithered and then all of a sudden took action much later without warning allies.

Xiden tore up every other Trump agreement. Why would anyone expect him to keep this one? No one knew what Xiden would do from one dithering day to the next.

What did Biden decree that amounted to a firm warning that there would be no guarantee of US protection and evacuation after such and such a date. Early July he announced August 31st as the deadline. What did the US do between early July and the take over of Kabul to get non-military personnel out of Afghanistan?

it should be pretty easy to find the agreement is only four pages long.

what part of compete withdrawal of all U.S Military personal is hard for you to grasp that was the agreement with the Taliban that Trump signed the only thing Biden did was change the date from May 1st to August 31st everything else happen exactly as written in the four page agreement.

it seem Biden was fooled into thinking the Afghan government wouldn’t collapse in four months, the agreement with the Taliban didn’t include the Afghan government and didn’t forbid conflict between the Taliban and Afghan government only that the Taliban would not attack U.S assets.

which they haven’t there has been zero American death reported, America always planned on abandoning Afghan who aided NATO, Congress even made it harder for them to get refugee protection.
