You are trying to use the “depends on the definition of is” argument. All organizations are not corrupt enterprises, but all corrupt enterprises are a form of organization. I know you like to create mischief, but you’re just tilting at windmills right now.

Well First thing I’d do (and it’s already been done) is declare national emergency for the illegal immigrant border crisis.
Second, I’d sign an order making ALL judges into immigration judges until all immigration status and deportation hearings have been resolved (last i heard, there’s about an 8 year backlog)
Third, I’d have the fbi FINALLY arrest ALL of the criminals who have been abusing our government and legal/judicial system. (Without any judges to hear their cases, there should be thousands of people to start squawking/ready to plead out within hours/days of their arrests)
The corrupt dimocrats would be SCREAMING for illegals to get out of the country.
RICO would definitely factor in.

I am reading your arguments, but I am filtering them through 20 plus years of investigative experience, both conducting and directing, as the author of investigative jurisdiction and advanced investigative methods supervision training and HUMINT Analysis Training for the Army Intelligence Center and School back in the early 90s. I just find it amusing that you believe I don’t understand elements of criminal statutes and standards of proof for investigations involving organizations, or what makes an organization a corrupt entity. Don’t get too upset, I actually do read your posts and give them consideration.

I am no expert at this but I think, [for what ever it’s worth], this great country is founded by visionaries never matched by ANY enywhere before nor since and you, my dear, came up with an idea briliant and deserving of attention.
We may be lucky that Trump feels the same way and he just might.

You need some evidence to arrest someone and the whole idea of using RICO laws is, well to use a phrase used by cons a “fever dream”.
Let me take a wild stab in the dark here and you would expect the vast majority of arrests to be democrats.

They do not obviously, if someone breaks the law regardless of who they are they should face the consequences. Sometimes that results in no charges being filed or some sort of plea agreement; however, trying to shoehorn RICO statues or terrorism charges against those who deface a Tesla or a Tesla showroom is ridiculous.
And no that does not mean I condone vandalism or putting anyone at risk of harm but lets charge them with the appropriate crime.
