I think both kavanaugh and Gorsuch are good hires. I may disagree with the positions and politics but they are worthy of the post.
Safiel: WuWei: LucyLou: conan:Seriously…time to cut the legs off goverment surveillance abuse. If they aren’t going to take abuse of system they are part of then it’s time to deny them that system. This shouldn’t be a left or right, democrat versus republican issue.
As for Christopher Wray…he should have been fired months ago.
Who the hell put Wray in that position in the first place???
Trump. He’s not good at hiring. At all.
Except for Judges, to whom Trump has delegated that power to the Federalist Society who wields it competently.
I think both kavanaugh and Gorsuch are good hires. I may disagree with the positions and politics but they are worthy of the post.
I disagree about Kavanaugh.
I forget the name of the judge you wanted.
I seen that…it’s what prompt me to start this thread.
FISA judges are just as corrupt, the justice system is just as corrupt.
The entire system needs to be gutted IMO. They’re greater threat IMO then criminals and terrorist. At least we the people can defend ourselves against them…until libs disarm us.
I forget the name of the judge you wanted.

United States Senators[edit]
The recommendations that David Kris and FISA courts are going to make is to make it harder to get caught.
Without transparency there is none. Secret courts and judges always end up this way.
but the nature of the accusations demand confidentiality. For both parties.
I believe the FISA renewal will be coming up in March. Republicans must shut it down. A vote to continue is a vote for allowing democrats to spy on you.
Learn you lesson republicans. Stop giving them power to use against YOU.

I’m fine with the, issuing you have an alternative that is expedient, confidential and protectant of the rights of all involved.
Make it all public, weigh the intelligence agencies down under ten layers of bureaucratic oversight, and eliminate all black budgets.
They reached a much higher level of corruption and filth under the previous Administration and it’s the main reason that Trump got elected. He called out Obama as the worst President in our history and ran a campaign that would reverse Obama policies that crippled the country that was within his power to do and the leftist and Democrat deranged protection of Obama’s toxic legacy is what drives the TDS of the left!
Your absolute derangement is clouding your perception of reality. The intelligence community has always been like this.
Make it all public, weigh the intelligence agencies down under ten layers of bureaucratic oversight, and eliminate all black budgets.
Misguided accusations against citizens re: terrorism can do lasting damage to the accused.

You know what? That’s a damn good point.

But how is this any different than, e.g., accusations regarding rape?
A vote to continue is a vote for allowing democrats to spy on you.
And a vote for allowing Republicans to spy on us.
But how is this any different than, e.g., accusations regarding rape?
Not sure. Aren’t those charges run through the confidential grand jury system?

I’m not sure they would be. But even if they aren’t, wouldn’t arrest warrants and search warrants be public information?
I forget the name of the judge you wanted.

No, they demand leg work.
I’m not sure they would be. But even if they aren’t, wouldn’t arrest warrants and search warrants be public information?
Sure, if it passed the first round of scrutiny, that being the confidential grand jury process. (I don’t know if this is exactly how all court cases work, but I think it is)
No, they demand leg work.
Leg work requires warrants.
