No, he dropped out because the polling was clear–he was going to lose. Why else would he end his reelection campaign?

Also the judicial districts of DC (and NY) are so corrupt that Dems can, and do, commit crimes with impunity. The pendulum has swung so far in their favor they are definitely above the law in those districts. Nothing will change until voters STOP voting for Democrats.
