Well it was a crime of emotion but that’s not the point.
You compared life for a life

Speak to this case, not in generics.

Do you have information that no one else does?
You have it too. She was charged with manslaughter. Is that an undercharge?
No this conversation is about punishment in general to me.

I’ll ask again. Do you have information no one else has?
No, but the prosecutors do.
I think that’s his point.

Well then. Start a thread. You’ve been replying to this specific case.
Who would have known when you reply to a specific case that you mean “in general”.

No. it really isn’t. It’s reaching.
She was charged with manslaughter, not murder - based on the evidence that the prosecutors have, but we do not.

Okay. Is that something you are privy to?
'Cause I read that, too.
Where do you get our information that it was a crime of emotion?

Thanks. I read that, too.
IMO, she is undercharged. But, hey. It is NYC so it is to be expected.
Yes i am basing it on her pushing someone and calling them a bitch.
I don’t understand what is exactly your point that let’s say i am wrong, which is of course entirely possible, what’s your counter. That you don’t know yet what kind of crime it was? Does the manslaughter charge say anything about the crime?

If there was any evidence that it was murder - that she planned it, or intended to kill her - I can assure you that she would have been charged with murder.
I don’t think you understand how this story is playing out in New York.
Maybe, we don’t have ALL of the info the authorities have.
For a Long Island woman? I dunno about that. That’s what prosecutors in ny either call examples or socielites
I agree. I don’t believe it was her intent to kill if it were then it’s murder of course otherwise i don’t understand the need (not yours) to send her away for life.

I couldn’t care less about emotions. I care that a woman is dead due to the intentional, malicious actions of the woman who killed her.
