For those puzzled at the thread title, Roberts ****** conservatives over on abortion, but gave them a victory on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s leadership structure.

The President may now remove the Director of the CFPB at will, making him fully dependent on the President for his office.
The Justices severed the appointment provision, declining to strike down Dodd-Frank in its entirety.
Constitutionally speaking, I fully agree with this judgement.
