I guess I don’t get the hubbub or believe they’ll get costs down if they’re trying to compete with the big boys. Article seems like an ad for a new processor more than anything. Anyone interested already got a deep freezer and a farmers market or friend connection, everyone else happy with those walmart choice cuts.

there are lots of different kinds of farming co-ops, it should work just fine. great idead too, better for farmers, better for consumers.
