So, a man convicted of molesting a child is facing cruel & unusual punishment under the Eighth Amendment if denied sex reassignment surgery?! What?!
I’m all for protesting the death penalty under rights of the Eighth Amendment, but taxpayer funding—heck, some of them lack health insurance for their necessary care—for sex reassignment surgery?!
