How can we have such divergent perceptions of what is and what’s isn’t “real tyranny”. Most of us have a decent idea what’s happening in countries like China, N. Korea, Belarus, Venezuela, etc. and the histories of Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy, the USSR, etc. and most Americans agree the people of those countries live(d) much harder lives and lack many of the freedoms we enjoy, excluding some fringe tankies. Temporary and very infrequent measures during a health emergency are not real tyranny.
