Good to see a sex offender is off the streets.

This was a highly targeted operation with far fewer ICE agents. MInneapolis operation had 2000-3000 agents on the streets and unlike the WV operation did not seem to have the same targeted focus.

Much better partnership in WV with WV relying on the 287g program. From what I can find it seems this was never an option for Minneapolis or MN.

Enforcement in Minneapolis was heavy handed from the get go with traffic stops, raids etc

I am sure MN being a sanctuary state contrbiuted to the challenges.

In my opinion both ICE and other states can learn from the WV operation.

It would be interesting to know if there was a disparity in experience between the ICE agents in MN and those in WV.

Yes…even with MN being a sanctuary state the type of operation that was done in WV could be done in MN.

The Trump Administration has a completely different motivation when they go into blue states, and it looks like the OPer bought their narrative hook, line and sinker.

If I was advising the president I would have him just concentrate ICE in the red states and let them do what they want in the blue states. Maybe even take those who broke into the country and drop them off in blue states who want more mass migration

That is not a bad idea. Let the blue states deal will all of the hell unleashed by the invaders. Let Antifa show up in Alabama and see what happens. When the red states are clear, then go for the blue.

Absolutely. My state has had more deportations than any other but it is with the support of the state. No melodrama on the scale of Minnesota. Any illegal who wants to feel safe let them head for Minneapolis or Portland. Just make sure no federal tax dollars go to support illegals in those states.
When Oregan and Minnesota are spending their taxes taking care of the illegal who fled the red states maybe they will reconsider their positions.
