I suppose she is saying that the proposed funding for additional Healthcare funding should go African American, Native American, Latino, etc students.
And based on my experience, she may be onto something. In my life, have only had white or Indian doctors, and only white nurses. Without exception.
Then your experience is lacking. Black nation is proportional to their share of the population - 10%.
Asians are over-represented. Filipinas are throwing the curve, it’s their culture.
Latinas are under-represented, but we know who she’s talking about and it ain’t Latinas.
It’s nurses.
She doesn’t know.
