And that’s just it. In your mind he’s only done 1 or 2 good things. I’ve listed a few times many of the good things. This is just two new one’s he’s done recently.

-cracking down on illegals
-tax cuts
-Rolling back un-needed and/or over reaching regulations
-Court nominies/confirmed
-Standing up to other countries we’ve bowed down to.

list goes on and on. It’s not the same as a broken clock. that’s essentially just over a year of a 4 year term.

Yeah, if there is one thing history is going to look back well upon it is America’s “cracking down on illegals.” It’s totally not the sort of abuse that future conservatives are going to have to down play all the time.

No we don’t have 100% of the things I’ve listed.

Cold snowy weather, I can get in my car and drive. Higher speeds result in much more tramatic accidents. We are not limited to low speeds that are much more survival. Cars are not made out of all metal anymore to provide more.

If I’m planning a trip, I don’t have to contact several federal agencies to get approval.

Oh my god yes, driving a Toyota Tercel to the piggly wiggly to get a box of twinkies requires a different set of regulations than flying a rocket into the atmosphere does.

But it does involve seatbelts and drivers licenses and auto registration and insurance and a certain type of gas and functioning lights and speed limits and turn signals and oh geez why am I even bothering?

And there will still be regulations on commercial space travel. Just a one stop shopping for the permits, updating them to current technology.

But again, it’s for SAFETY and to protect lives.

Space X and and ORbital ATK are currently supply the space station. Space X has visions of Mars. Virgin Galactic has wild visions as well.

Trump signed a directed last week to accomplish:

-Requires the Department of Transportation to “reform the regulatory system” for launch and reentry.
-Mandates the Department of Commerce update rules governing satellite imagery, known as “remote sensing,”
-Creates a “one-stop shop” at the Commerce for commercial space companies.
-Calls for a Space Council review of licensing rules pertaining to commercial space flight activity to determine whether further streamlining should occur.

Seems like it takes a while to get a launch apprived, and they hope to shorten the time:

If the part about taking 6 months, and needed approval from more than 1 agency is true to get a launch approval on pretty much proven rockets – do you agree with that? Or should it be a little simpler.
