Who has objected to deportations?

that is a lie.

How about the judges around the country that are being arrested today for assisting illegals evade federal authorities.

Ah so, I wouldn’t worry too much about a few whackos. In fact, wasn’t one judge?

Are you sure they’re against simple deportations.

I’m not. Nor have I seen any progs here say anything.

The problem, once again, is Trump losing control of his minions.

I’m better at this than you will ever be. But I welcome the change in your behavior.

For one, that federal judge who ruled that each of the hundreds of thousands who were brought in by Biden en masse has to have an individual decision. How long will that take? And the basis for letting them in was a generalized idea that this was necessary to stop the flood at the southern border (which was proven not true).

We aren’t deporting them. We are imprisoning them.

No one cares about deporting them.

We sent a man to prison who entered the country legally and checked in with his immigration office as required by the law.

So…

None of that matters. Our government is bound by the constitution when dealing with anyone.

Where are the charges and trials?

I have an idea.

Let’s pass a law that gives a ton of money to the immigration process to process these people faster so we can send home the ones that don’t qualify for asylum.

What do you think?

We already give them a ton of money, and they still can’t do their jobs in a timely manner. No need to waste more money on people who can’t do their jobs. I think we need to pass a law that says immigration judges need to do their jobs in a more timely manner or they need to find a different job.

What makes you think they are slow?

You really think on average 6 to 8 years before an illegal arrested today to get a hearing is a fast time? How hard can it be to run thousands though the courts every day. First question where is your proof you live in fear of your life in the country you are a citizen of. Should not take more than 20 minutes for each case.

They are individual decisions, by a special inquiry officer.

Also ignoring the thousands of murder victims of illegals.

If they aren’t hear those people would still be alive.

ALL of them.

Garcia was in this country illegally. He was an MS-13 gang member. Rubio designated MS-13 as a terrorist organization. Garcia was picked up and detained for deportation. Due to an administrative error, he was deported before he had his immigration hearing.
