The UK should definitely sue the EU. That’s how you get things done. When you threaten to sue someone, usually they fold and you get concessions out of them. Sometimes you actually have to follow through with the threat, but because you have more money you can usually outlast them. They will be sorry they didn’t give in earlier, and it’ll be a good lesson to anyone else thinking of giving you a bad deal.
