So libs…what do you got to say for yourself?
No they have not. There have been several spikes in vaccinations in areas where vaccination was low. Including areas where Delta is raging.
But yes the pleading and begging has not worked at all. With that I agree

I’m not following you.
Wouldn’t we just compare the cases per 100K in population?
Texas has 42 cases per 100K and .20 deaths per 100K.
Vermont has 12 cases per 100K and .05 deaths per 100K.

You are the one who brought up density yesterday.

Now you’re moving the goal post. I thought we were talking about last 7 days.
Facts remain. Vermont has higher vaccination rate of 35 percent while Texas has about 25 percent less in new cases per pop.

It’s easier to look a the average cases per 100K.
OH is 15 with .08 deaths per 100K.
VT is 12 and .05.
Not much of a difference, but VT is still faring better.
tnt

We are. Those are the 7 day average per 100K of population.
You are incorrect about TX. They have more infections per 100K in population (7 day average).

Fact are facts. Vermont with pop of 624 thousand had 89 new cases yesterday. Texas had 69 cases out of 624 thousand people…and Texas has twice the pop density with 1/3 less vaccination rate.
Oh wait…what do I see…today Vermont has 92 new cases. It’s going up.

No they don’t.
what’s 6,158 out of 28,995,881?
What 89 out of 623,989?
You can use your calculator if you want…I’m just doing a rough estimation in my head.
tnt

Are you using daily case counts or the 7 day average? I’m using the NTY 7 day moving average Which would smooth out any anomalies. Some counties don’t report every day etc…
It’s pretty tough to sell TX is doing better than VT.

Opps…I screwed up.
Maybe next time use a ■■■■■■■ calculator Conan.

That would be to easy TNT.

OH is closer, but VT still beating them:

OK Texas has about 1 in 4600 in new case while Vermont has 1 in 7000.
My bad. That should learn me.

Yeah…I’ve been noticing a slowing of my math abilities over the last 3-4 years. Been wondering if it’s just because we don’t have to do as much, or because I am (gasp) getting older…

Are you basing this on one day, or the 7 day average?

Still my numbers are correct for Ohio…just ■■■■■■ up with Texas.

People are shutting down regardless of who is vaccinated! It doesn’t matter right now! Shut down the economy and Dems lose in a landslide! Millions of people won’t forget Biden saying he’d cure Covid on the debate stage.
