That worked out well…

In their apology, the Sioux Falls Stampede along with CU Mortgage Direct said they would be providing an additional $15,500 to area teachers.

Shamed them into giving more money. Good.

WTH were they thinking in the 1st place?

No thanks, I’ll stick with a great place to live.

I wasn’t offering you a choice, I’m just trying to help you understand the thread topic.

Don’t care what you are or not offering. That’s my own definition.

Never mind the facts … my (your) mind is made up. :smirk:

I won’t say what you are …

They encouraged the defund the police movement. They were the catalyst for many riots and violent protests. From these actions they were able to convince thousands of cops to retire and/or leave the profession. They also prompted mayor’s to cut millions of dollars of funding to their police departments. This led to the criminal elements in these communities to feel emboldened and consequently led to the deaths of thousands of black lives. :+1:

Labeling it “defund the police” which technically, is what would happen if they moved responsibilities from police to social workers, or other personnel, was not a good call.

Reforming the police is a much more accurate term, and what needs to be done. Many conservatives agree with reforming the police.

As far as BLM being a catalyst for riots…riots generally broke out, once the militarized police arrived to “keep order”… Much like it was from the late 60’s to the early 70’s.

Also. 93% of the hundreds of protests that occurred last year, did not go violent.

Did mayors cut police funding by millions of dollars, or shift those funds to activities better done by non-LEO’s?

BLM is trying to compete the goals from the civil rights era. Sadly, things not only did not get better, in some ways, things got worse. Without everyone having a camera in their pocket, we would still not know how bad it is for POC, especially black people.

A lot of work still needs to be done. Unfortunately, there are still too many good people, who no longer think there is a problem. I see it here everyday.

 Every major city.

Check out the quote on YouTube.

Unless you’re black and try to cash your paycheck…

“In a blatant incident of racial profiling, a Black man was handcuffed and escorted out of a bank for alleged fraud when he tried to cash his $900 paycheque in Minnesota.”

First…you rail against Alex Jones because his take on Sandy Hook was beyond absurd but…his comments were words. He didn’t physically hurt anyone. Now you run cover, make up excuses for an organization that is responsible for millions of dollars in damages from arson, looting and outright destruction of personal property plus many acts of violence. Your double standards of lib virtue is beyond ridiculous and why I just sit here and laugh. :sunglasses: :tumbler_glass:
