Well, that’s actually exactly what it means, in a basic statistical sense.
Out of every 100,000 Alaskans, 150 were raped last year. For New York, it was 34.
I did not. Did you know that crime has skyrocket in liberal areas since wokeness took over?
I will concede my error with what constitutes a class A felony in Illinois. I was wro…, uh… not completely correct.

Yeah. I was fed some bad info. I concede my definition was…not. You know, the thing.

Yeah. I missed this one. Even Babe Ruth struck out from time to time.
Alaska’s violent crime rate is the highest in the nation out of 50 states, property crime rate is second behind New Mexico.
I agree. If you vote for Dems, you’re voting for rape and murder.
The trade off is good pizza shops
And taco trucks at every corner.

No, it doesn’t. One rape in Alaska has a far greater impact on the rate than 10 in NYC.
And then there are the other factors.
Memphis is obviously blue, yes as is Detroit, no need to look that up.
I did Lubbock at random
That’s right because there are less people in Alaska. But that’s why per capita statistics are useful as opposed to raw numbers and that’s exactly what was cited.
