The united states is a country transitioning to Fabian Socialism.
Ah ok so this was part of the regularly scheduled programming kk
Free
Free in the context of the necessity of having a government in a modern world. People can bitch and moan about fascism or socialism/communism all day long, but the bottom line is, I do pretty much whatever the ■■■■ I want to in this country and I love it. Sure we have a lot of stupid laws, stupid ass politicians etc., but as long as I’m not hurting other people, I seem to more or less stay out of trouble.
It’s a pretty great country where you can do pretty much whatever the ■■■■ you want to do.

I wasn’t referring to domestic travel. Can you build a deck in your back yard without a permit mr free?

Nah, she’s filing for an order to remove because the deck, and the unkempt baby-people partying on it, are too close to her property line.

Neat trick since there is no set back for decks here and it’s perfectly legal to party on your deck.

Well…the influence of money in the election process, and the gerrymandering of districts, has been a factor in idiots getting elected and re-elected.
I know what you were talking about. I also know about the myriad restrictions like building permits etc. property taxes, gun permits and a thousand other things. Doesn’t change what I said.

Indeed.
Then there are the millions of people who were considered property…by US law for, nearly a century.

That really does not apply to everyone.
