The "Thank You trump" Thread We've All Been Waiting For

I hope you aren’t referring to me. I am against both Hegseth and Gaetz, but am pretty much on board with the others. Policy wise, for the most part I support Trump’s conservative polices. However, it might be best if we avoid talking about election fraud altogether.

The hippies? The leftist movement of the 70s etc? Nah.

But i understand what you are trying to say.

you can not like some of the policies in place, thats what we have elections for. a true american votes in elections, and if their candidate doesnt win. redouble your efforts next time out.

thats the american way.
not cut and run,

what a loser.

We are talking about two different things.

There are people who oppose certain (or many) American policies but still love America (almost everyone). Obviously, they would not leave unless they had to for whatever reason.

And then there are people who have general contempt for America. Those are the ones that should see themselves out.

Anyone who publicly who has stated they will leave America if Trump is elected, should leave and not let the door hit them on the way out.

Nope. Wasn’t thinking about you one way or the other.

I wouldn’t ascribe hippies to what I consider to be the left. But groups like the weather underground or like minded radical factions…absolutely “you’re either with us or against us” types.

I am talking about the anti establishment movement as a whole became the establishment and i don’t recognize it often.

It doesn’t mean that my views shifted right but singing praises to corporate censorship, college protests of speeches. and cancel culture disgusts me.

The left were never the good guys.

Revolutionaries often aren’t.

I never thought of it as bad vs good.

No. We do not need anything as an excuse for not leaving.

Just let them go.

I don’t worry, she’ll still vote in the next election. I don’t think she is renouncing her citizenship.

Richard Gere is leaving too.

At first glance, I can almost see it’s appeal. But when you look deeper, it isn’t just bad, it’s evil.

Wait a minute, wouldn’t Churches be considered “collective” the way they operate?

Yes. How well did that work out during the height of power for the Church?

P.S. I’m specifically referencing “the church” not religion.

Why place a limit on things we can talk about. I find a lot of things suspect, even after being presented evidence to the contrary. It’s kind of what we do here.

I mostly just read here.

Very honest answer.
