I saw the horror movie The Substance over the weekend, and I enjoyed it.

It was a great satirical horror film. Even though I’m not really a huge fan of body horror, this movie was quite solid. It’s not for everyone though.

I enjoyed the performances by Demi Moore, Margaret Qualley, and Dennis Quaid.

I recommend everyone to see this movie.

I give this movie a grade of an B+.

I think that there is a universe where “The Substance” would be a body horror social commentary masterpiece.

This is not that universe.
