Which was is she spinning- clockwise or counter clockwise?
Some see it one way, some the other.
At first it’s clockwise for me, but it reverses directions each time I close and reopen my eyes. If I concentrate on the foot she’s rotating on, I can see either direction at will.

I always see counter then sometimes it changes. It’s supposed to reflect right brain-left brain activity. Whatever it is, it’s fun.
The same spinning direction will switch from clockwise to counter clockwise depending on whether you are looking at that motion from above or below.
There is no context in the video, so the brain is trying to figure out whether it’s looking at it from above or below, that’s why it will sometimes switch.
