Law abiding citizens owning firearms don’t violate the rights of anyone else.
Defamation does. There is no constitutional right to violate the rights of others.

Majority of voters has spoken and electing a dem. Do you have issues with majority party pursue their agenda? If so, too bad. That’s what democracy gives you. Go to Russia if you want lifetime dictators.

I fine with the left getting their turn to mess up the country.
What I have a problem with is the need lately to change the rules that have stood for years to pass crap.
Go to russia if you believe that democracy gives you the right to silence half the country and rule like a dictator.
Not wanting the country to end up like LA or Chicago =/= wanting to live under a dictatorship. You guys got your single party rule for a couple of generations now, enjoy it.
What holds a free and democratic society together is compromise.
One party absolute rule ends badly everywhere it is tried.
Funny, republicans are always supposed to compromise when they hold the reins of power but that is never the case when Dem’s do.
Why is that?
Our entire system protects the rights of the minority, we are not a pure majoritarian democracy by design.

You mean like the past 4 years, how dems let the “majority party pursue their agenda?”
Like that?

Dems will do the same as republicans did to them. I’m aware of that. It’s nothing new. I’m just wondering why you guys are surprised.

Same level of compromise can be expected. But if republicans think they can dictate, dems should play hard ball. Election have consequences.

Who did what to the majority party the past 4 years? You are confused.
We are not surprised. We know how we are treated when in power and how dems expect us to play nice when they are in power.

Where the hell have you been the past 4 years?
You really think what the dems did was play nice and now you expect reciprocation?
How about we do exactly to Biden what your party did to Trump the past 4 years. Sound “fair”. Yeah, I didn’t think so.

Remember those 2 years (2017 snd 2018) when republicans have full power? Yea dems will remember. Republicans were very kind and full of compromise.
You seem to forget, history began on the 6th. Nothing occurred prior.

Consider that the right’s resistance will likely be passive, working with state legislation to make or amend news laws that promote subsequent Federal elections are more fairer than any prior.

How many bills passed on a strict party line vote from 2017-2018?
