Maybe they enforce it, at least “medical professionals”, by refusing to treat the unvaccinated or anyone they perceive as undesirable, like some individual coughing, even though they’re vaccinated and bringing two lab reports of negative COVID-19 status (that was me, bronchitis is so much fun, but kudos to the CVS Minute Clinic nurses who made every effort to get me seen and treated):

Friend of mine had to get her sister, sufferings from both MS & COVID-19, to a hospital where she wasn’t rejected, and now the lady is paralyzed from the chest down. I’ve no idea of her vaccination status & don’t wish to know.

Maybe those patients who die die because they were refused treatment
