When did Trump talk about an endemic Covid. You will give him credit for everything.

How is “it will go away” the same as it will be endemic. May be enough with the nonstop love?

Even Trump recognized that.

Personally, I do pay attention to positivity in my area but even that is sketchy.

But “cases”? Ridiculous. Even if decreasing, the more you test, the more “cases” you will get.

and the antibodies from the booster last on average about a month, so should they go back next month or just go antibody nude and risk it for 4 months?

With, not of

What’s your point? Hospitalized because of Covid or with Covid…what difference does it make. They still have Covid. Protocols they are forced to follow to keep staff from getting sick. If I’m a nurse carrying for a heart patient. I want to know if they have Covid. It’s why they test in ER.

I guess you can say that hospitals are full of people with COVID but more than half wouldn’t be there if they didn’t have a comorbidity that they were being treated for…but there it is…no matter how you WANT to slice it up. There are a lot of people with Covid in the hospitals.

I notice due to Omicron that a lot of businesses are reinstating mask mandates for employees. Then I got a notice that our workforce is now required to wear masks at work beginning January 5th.

This may be good for offices, buildings, and stuff like that, but no way in hell am I wearing a mask alone in a booth working the midnight shift. Not going to happen. It’s one of the reasons I took the midnight shift. No way to enforce it.

Because it directly contradicts the left talking points like -we must lock down or the hospitals will be over run, people can’t get care because covid cases are clogging the ER, elective surgeries have to be delayed because covid patients are clogging the beds ect… But you knew that.

It will be fun watching libs move that goal post on wheels. You gave it a first good shove.

Emphasis mine. Glad we could agree.

I agree. I sit in an office all day. I ask people to knock and give me time to put my mask on before they come in. No way is it necessary for you to put a mask on while collecting money on a toll road. That’s just stupid overkill.

I get you point I do. And if you think it’s about being able to talk about pure numbers…well maybe I even agree. But my point was this. If my wife who has Afib, and because of it may have a cough because of it…goes to the ER because of the Afib, and gets tested positive for COVID. But gets hospitalized because of the Afib.

She’s still got covid…so she’s a covid statistic right?

Didn’t it start out as 8 months? Now it is just 5? Wow.

No…it was six months to start.

This, I think is the bigger issue.

It was two doses to start

The booster???

Came later. Actually the 2nd dose is the first booster.

As soon as it’s 4 it’s a treatment.

Agreed. There was a news story floating around Christmas that those who have been boosted may need to get a 4th within 6 to 8 weeks after the booster (3rd shot) have you heard this?

As soon as it does, we will be treating the healthy and untested. We are now.

I agree but you asked what his point was.
