Notable:
-
Michael d’Orlando did what he needed to, to try to catch title points-leader Kiko Porto. He earned the valuable single point for pole. The qualifying record has been held for almost a decade by Matthew Brabham and Michael took it away.
-
Kiko only needs to finish in P4 to take the title in Race 1, but where he is at in P6 is a danger zone at Mid-Ohio, with a good probability of trouble at the start. It will be interesting.
-
Yuven is currently 3rd in the points, and cannot improve, but he sure wants everyone to know he deserves the place he’s in. He was only 0.06 seconds away from Michael and also beat Matty Brabham’s track record.
