. Maybe this will be the new defence. Yes, it was illegal and we lied about it from the very beginning, but it wasn’t that illegal so it’s not a big deal.

If you’re an American citizen, you just get elected to the Presidency, then have your constituents deflect every time someone brings up your campaign’s crimes.
