I would venture to say Biden takes the cake for screwing up. In just 30 days…

Fake News may have riled up the libs, Doug. ThT is what I think.
Weird. You’d think progressives would be the ones suggesting ballots no longer be secret then.

I never said they should not be secret.
Come on, Man.
The new Republican Party.
Only trump loyalists need apply.

It’s no longer the Republican party. It’s the Trumplican party.
Or it’s no longer the Sell-out-the-citizens RINO party, it’s the Patriot Citizens’ Republican party.

Well Paul, they are called RINOs for a reason. Republicans In Name Only (RINO) sell out to lobbyists and big liberal money.
There doesn’t need to be a formal third party. Division of the Republican party is a de facto third party. The Republicans (and Democrats to some degree) have instilled in their base that you vote party above all. What happens when Republicans attack and attempt to “primary” other Republicans? You form factions within the party which appear to be nearly as strong (perhaps stronger) as the animosity towards Democrats. “RINO,” “Never Trumper,” censuring…they’re even branding themselves. Then things like Georgia happen. Republicans will not vote for a candidate of the wrong faction.
RINOs tend to be globalists instead of America first people as well.
They tend to be America Last folks similar to the current administration libs.

My problem with Trump is his actions after the last election. He wasn’t down that much, and that was after repeatedly having it drilled in that he had murdered hundreds of thousands of Americans with COVID. Once it becomes clear that the vaccine he helped speed through was the cure for COVID, and we had seen what an Open borders left wing administration looks like, Trump would have had a good chance of being re elected for a second term on 2024. He could still have said that the election of 2020 wasn’t fair and was unverifiable. But he never proved it was actually stolen. And asking the VP to reject certain states electors was not a good look.
But the point is, whatever you say about what he wanted to happen on Jan 6, if he runs again expect tons of Dem ads with the violence of that day and “The Bison Man”.
Maybe someone like Desantis would be better…but would Trump ever go along with not being the nominee?
Listen it is not my fault that your idea runs up against your complete absence of knowledge on how the voting process works.

Another fever dream interrupted.

That article says Trump “will” but did he actually squash this rumor during his speech?
Yep. Next fever dream, please.
He did. Which I think was pretty smart. Building a national party from the ground up has got to be a monumental task.
