Its so tiresome to hear that a judge appointed by a dem or republican will always rule in favor of the decision that benefits the political party of the President who put them there.
This is just a lazy argument someone employs to explain away a decision.
If this is true then we need to start having judges elected by AI. Oh but what happens if the IT Teams employ someone who votes dem then the coding will be slanted. This is how ridiculous these POV are becoming.
I am sure there are bad judges and judges who are more learned and skilled than others but overall I firmly believe they hold no loyalty to a political party when it comes to legal decisions.
By all means lets discuss a ruling of a case on its merit and what the judge said but not just decide its wrong because a republican or democrat president appointed them.
You just rationalized away your lack of a call for recusal. You keep citing your attempt at both sidism as if the years and years of you calling for recusal of only those who did your side wrong just vanished

In any event, it’s the system we have, so folks shouldn’t wantonly sow discord and distrust for purely partisan purposes.
Because so many of them are ideological hacks that are outside the mainstream of the law.
