This is what was in the Hur report.

The fact is… outside of his personal notes… Biden had just a couple or so folders that had classified documents in them.

Hur couldn’t find any evidence that Biden knew of the existence of the files until his lawyers did a search.

So on one hand we have Biden who retained personal records and had some files that he didn’t know about and on the other we have Trump who had hundreds of files that he did know about, lied about giving them all back and then directed people to cover up that he had them.

Totally the same.

Most likely his diaries since that is what they were going through when writing the book.

Totally the same as a US military battle plan for Iran.

Nobody was shown a US battle plan for Iran. Hypothetical battle plans are common.
We don’t know the details of the information Biden had, as many were considered secret.

What could possibly go wrong with completely unaccountable politicians? Every legal case against a politician will now be “weaponized justice system!!?!,” and the partisans will lap it up.

And that is a good reason why the justice system needs to stay out of politics.

There were additional charges against Trump for obstruction of justice which would have not applied to Biden, but for 32 of those charges, Biden did the exact same thing.
