The Official Trump 2024 Candidacy Thread (Part 2)

No, I don’t trust any politician. Do you trust what Putin says publicly about US elections?

Even if i could understand him i wouldn’t believe a word he says.

Notorious liar.

So, that didn’t happen.

Reminds me when during 2008 campaign, someone uncovered that apparently Barack Obama’s great-uncle is a WWII vet who helped liberate one of nazi death camps.

I think Jon Stewart was like - shouldn’t Obama be campaigning with this guy (still alive then) strapped into one of those overalls with a front pocket like a baby carrier every campaign event ?

I never got the grief he got about that either - guy just got a little excited. But that’s not to say that had it not been for that, he would’ve won the nomination. The entire pretext for that scream was his hugely disappointing showing in Iowa.

Former President Donald J. Trump has told advisers and allies that he likes the idea of a 16-week national abortion ban with three exceptions, in cases of rape or incest, or to save the life of the mother, according to two people with direct knowledge of Mr. Trump’s deliberations.

Interesting.

That’s two exceptions, not three

Looks like rape and incest are counted as 2 different things. Maybe that’s a legal distinction?

They are two different things.

Poor writing.

The website selling the shoes says they are not “designed, manufactured, distributed or sold by Donald J. Trump,” adding that “GetTrumpSneakers.com is not political and has nothing to do with any political campaign.” But the company is using Mr. Trump’s brand through a licensing agreement, under which he would most likely get a cut of the revenue. Mr. Trump, his campaign and surrogates have all promoted the shoes either at the convention or online.

SneakerCon. Just gross. What a pathetic loser.

…and yet, they completely sold out in a very short time raising a “gross” amount of money.
