Probably not. That’s why not a single state bans contraception. A few require parental consent.
If it is an issue it is a state issue, not a Constitutional issue. We don’t change the Constitution through passing laws.

Well, quite truthfully, based upon what he did during his first term, I would say no. That is not to say he isn’t being political. It’s like when he said that Mexico would pay for the wall. I think people knew that was just political grandstanding but the takeaway was that a wall would be built.
And it was until biden stopped construction and opened the border.

It’s also most certainly populist and most of it is telling people what they want to hear. He is excellent at that. I think he says a lot of things for adoration points.

That doesn’t make him that different from politicians. But that doesn’t change the fact that he says a lot of things that he will never act upon just for the claps and the votes. He is a master manipulator. That’s not always a bad thing.
