Totally agree. A few years back I did some research on the USCIS system. At that time the system had software flaws which made it difficult to use and there was no plan in place to upgrade it. I also read that the lack of enforcement was a motivation for company owners not to use it. And it also appeared that the enforcement part was grossly understaffed and didn’t receive adequate budgeting. And here again, it seems that the whole thing is a hot potato that no one on the hill has any interest in.

Would 87,000 armed IRS agents be able to enforce this 1986 Law?
