We have never had paper ballots only, all counted in one day.
I’m all for it if it’s what people want…but it will actually be more expensive than using machines.
Will people pay for it is the question?
I like some of his message, still think we need new blood. I liked the attempt to not make it about him with the “not his campaign, ours together” and “Take back the corridors of DC for the people” lines.
Not a fan of his rambling off script. Trade deficit talk gets lost in the rambling about Angola.

Yeah it was a good speech. Pointed out all the failure of the Biden administration. I agree it’s going to get worse before it gets better. This winter with Biden’s inflation is going to be tough on a lot of Americans. I appreciate him pointing out the obvious that the lying left has tried so hard to erase…That America and American’s were far better off under Trump policies than anything we’ve gotten since.
I’m not sold on his age and have said I would prefer he not run, but he’s running. Let’s see who else enters the fray…It occurs to me that he’s got several potential younger challengers who also might make great cabinet selections…

I used a paper ballot last week. It’s a machine printed ballot that’s scanned after being printed then stored in the counter. Not a huge deal.

To that, I don’t know, but I assume he’s talking about one that leaves a paper trail such as those.

Ugh…I just realized that the rest of the primary field is going to need to decide pretty quick. They can’t allow Trump to raise money unchecked. He will get too far ahead.

He may have just set himself up though. If Walker loses now, he is screwed. That may have been a miscalculation.

This article just hit. As the article states it is still too early to see how his announcement will go over with the voting public.
I’ll go further and suggest it’s one of the reasons he declared… to give him a better position to refuse to cooperate with the character/financial/political assassination that despicable progressive liberal courts and congress are subjecting him to.
I pray for his victory over them. As far as his victory over other republican candidates, may the best man win.

Trump has lost the popular vote every race he has been in. That won’t change IMHO.
What’s the relevance of that to the United States of America? Are you a citizen of USA? Did they teach you during your citizenship classes that we don’t elect POTUS on the popular vote?

I do applaud his America First platform and positive message. Nice contrast with current admin.
I would rather lose in 2024 with Trump than capitulate to the lie of globalization and climate crisis fear mongering.
