Would not have made a bit of difference.
Professor Harris is to economics what Mr. Magoo is to drivers ed.

"U.S. gross domestic product (GDP) grew at an annualized rate of 3 percent in the second quarter, showing an impressive performance for the economy through an elevated interest rate environment set by the Federal Reserve.
Three percent growth in the Commerce Department’s third estimate of GDP performance confirmed the second estimate, which also came in at 3 percent. Both were up from 1.6-percent growth in the first quarter."
Now it’s apparent where the penchant for word salads comes from. I read that twice. My take?
A load of bull ■■■■■

She said Trump lost 200K manufacturing jobs before China flu.
Trump gained 400K manufacturing jobs before China flu.
What a lying sack of ■■■■ she is.

Harris didn’t learn economics from her Daddy.
Harris struggled to find a different word than “holistic” when trying (and failing) to explain how she will increase affordable housing.
“Looking holistically at the connection between that and housing and looking holistically at the incentives we in the federal government can create for local and state governments to actually engage in planning in a holistic manner that includes prioritizing affordable housing,” Harris said, whatever that means …
She didn’t learn how to ■■■■■■■■ the grant writers like Daddy either.

Perfect University bubble brain.

I’m sure this is a more acceptable link to the “proggie leftists” here…
Looks like the honeymoon may be over.

Harris’ economic whatever the ■■■■ that was In Pittsburgh of all places. I wonder if Harris is aware of some local Pittsburgh economic developments?
Seems to me her administration took a stance against the US Steel sale to Nippon!
Have the steelworkers considered what happens when foreign companies acquire domestic steel plants?
Like OBiden, Harris seems to be courting the union vote. They might be sorely dissatisfied voting for someone with the economic wherewithal of a middle schooler.

You are demonstratively wrong. No matter what may or may not have been Trump’s motives for nominating Justices, the rulings that come from those Justices are not due to Trump. Trump gets credit for moving the Court right, but the rulings are based solely on the law and the Constitution. The only people running away from facts are you and your ilk who cannot accept the fact that Roe was a fatally flawed ruling and that Dobbs corrected it.

Read the Constitution. The President does not have authority over the Supreme Court or have any say in making their rulings. Your faux support for Trump in this one instance is pathetic.

Yes, that’s a normal part of the process. That doesn’t mean the nominees give up free thought to the person who nominates them. Historically, many a President has been “disappointed” by the rulings made by some of their nominees.

Trump nominated the judges that he nominated because they would overturn Roe.
He is proud of doing so.
Why take that away from him?
