I was thinking something bad may have happened to him since he lives in crime infested ■■■■ hole New York City.
Something bad did happen to him. Trump won. 
He’s not the only one. There are still several formerly very active left-leaning members who have not been heard from here since the election. And there are several more who stayed away for a couple of weeks or more before slinking quietly back in.
