Some times in international relations you accept something from your host with fanfare so as not to insult your host. This is especially true in South West Asia. I think it also serves Trumps penchant for messing with the progressive mind.

This is a delicate situation all 'round. It’s anybody’s guess as to how it will play out. My personal opinion is that the plane will never become part of the AF-1 fleet.

The cost to retrofit that plane to become AF-1 would probably be over $1billion. I see no way it would be complete before Trump’s term is up.

Are you talking about our government “of the people, by the people and for the people”? Everything he is doing is what the people want. That’s what they voted for. American people first. I’d say he has a real good idea of what the constitution is.
Leftist would love to destroy our constitution (the freedom it gives citizens) and replace it with socialist/communism. The constitution was written to protect citizens from a government that would try to control them, like a dictator. That is what leftists want. They want to control every faucet of our lives. Every action Trump has made since becoming president proves that he loves the American people and fights for their freedom from dictators.
Elected officials are servants. They were elected to “serve” their people and leftists don’t know the first thing about being a servant. They think they are above serving, they act like they are above doing any work.

What the people want is irrelevant. They have their say at elections and thats it. Those elected officials sent to govern on their behalf within the confines of the Constitution.
Elected officials can govern how they want as long as it constitutional and the SC is the final arbiter of the interpretation of the SC.
Any President who is told by the SC that what they are doing is unconstitutional has to stop that avenue of governing. They are free to be creative and try alternative routes and ultimately the SC will decide if that alternative route is constitutional.
Trump swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States if he ignores the SC then he is in violation of that oath.
