Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell ended days of speculation surrounding Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation process Monday; vowing to hold a full vote on the potential Supreme Court Justice “this week.”

McConnell was speaking on the Senate Floor when he slammed his Democratic colleagues for “endless delay and obstruction” regarding Kavanaugh; saying his nomination is “out of committee” and heading for a vote.

“The time for endless delay and obstruction has come to a close. Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination is out of committee. We’re considering it here on the floor and … we’ll be voting this week,” McConnell said.
