There is a lot of debate that Row V Wade was judges injecting themselves into the legislative process. The most that will come out of Dobbs is that it becomes a state by state decision.

No they don’t. Here’s why:
They, much like several other groups, believe they are the shepherds, the keepers of the flame.
They believe we are cattle to be herded, sheep. That without them, we would destroy the world.
Their arrogance is incredible. Strzok wore it on his face. The hubris permeates every level of central government.

I suspect they would not make a ruling of such unpopularity that Congress and the President would feel safe in declaring the decision invalid. Other than packing, nothing could damage the court more.
I highly doubt that. And judges are literally impervious to pressure.
Impeachment? 15 judges have been impeached, and 8 convicted.
They are literally disicentivized to give a rip.

Their very existence depends on it.
Again, let’s see what happens when Dobbs comes down. If public opinion exerts the hold you allege, that decision should break in favor of Roe.

One case does not tell the tale.
Of course not. Especially since you know I will probably proven correct.
If we get to that point, we have a full blown constitutional crisis. We will have bigger problems than public opinion polls

I don’t think you or anybody else knows what public opinion about abortion is.

Why would it be a Constitutional crisis?

You seem to believe this society and government can’t collapse?
Congress and The Prez telling the Supremes to get bent? That’s textbook.
Well, that may be true insofar as I can only cite the polls I can find online.

Actually it’s not. A Constitutional crisis is when a situation arises that the Constitution cannot address, which would not be the case.
There’s even precedence, albeit old.
Well, as is your prerogative, you can torture definitions to prove your point. You are, however, wrong

No, that’s the actual definition.
